We shopped and collected multiple bids for our landscaping project and ended up choosing Midwest Professional Landscape. They were not the cheapest bid, but we both felt that Troy and Celine genuinely cared about our project's design and their ability to execute in a way we would be satisfied. Along the way, Troy communicated various decision points so that things were done just how we wanted them. Many companies have salespeople who offer cheap bids, win the job and sub-contract it out to 3rd parties who have no stake in the game aside from profit. This was NOT our experience with Troy. He is a self-proclaimed gear nut who was onsite running the machines all day long. Troy and Alexander had excellent attention to detail and were very professional. We live on a cul de sac and our large project took almost two weeks to complete, but each night their equipment was neatly condensed and organized out of respect for our neighbors (which they appreciated!). All of the neighbors came to see the final product and asked for contact information for their future projects.
